Fostering communication and connection

Through verbally and emotionally processing with each other, and practicing communication skills in session, clients can strengthen their relationship and grow in connection with one another.

Issues addressed in couples therapy include unhealthy communication patterns, conflict resolution, life stressors or transitions, intimacy issues, grief, anxiety, or other mental health concerns impacting your relationship.

Our approach

Connect with your partner in a supportive space and work proactively to improve your relationship satisfaction

Couples therapy is conducted by Madeline Berry, a licensed marriage and family therapist with years of experience supporting couples.

Madeline aims to create an environment where both partners feel open to sharing their emotions and thoughts, and learn tools to help them feel heard in their relationship. Madeline uses a variety of modalities of treatment, such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Gottman theory.

To begin therapy, she often utilizes a Gottman assessment to gain deeper understanding of specific relationship issues to develop a collaborative treatment plan. Madeline also enjoys premarital counseling and is experienced with the Prepare-Enrich and Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts curriculums.
